Importing the materials.

We begin with premium raw materials, including European wood and paint, to ensure uncompromised quality. In our factory, we use a special construction technique for the frame, unlike others in the Egyptian market. Our approach involves layering blockboard between three layers of plywood, preventing expansion, swelling, or warping due to temperature changes. We encourage you to establish your own standards, just as we do.

Flexible Casing.

We noticed a common problem where the architrave didn't fit well on unevenly plastered walls, making door frame installation challenging. To address this issue, we designed a flexible architrave that can expand by up to 2 cm (1 cm on each side), effectively covering minor wall imperfections and ensuring a proper fit.

Let's dig into the door leaf.

The door leaf's frame is made out of A1 enplus pinewood, a premium quality pinewood that have high performance characteristics, such as high calorific value, low ash content and humidity.

Quality, flexibility and dependability is what we aim for.

The pinewood is finger-jointed every 30 cm to prevent the door from warping and expanding.

How about we dig even deeper into the core of the door?.

We provide 3 door core categories , the honeycomb- the hollow core and the the block board core, sandwiched between 2 MDF sheets that are moisture resistance.

then finally we apply the final wood panel whether it be natural or fabricated.
